As the July 26th draw was played on June 14th when the Swan Hill Gala was cancelled, there needs to be a new draw for this week. Under 16s - additional round added - Round 11 will be played and 2 matches from Round 12 so 5 matches in all. Players from Nigeria, Leeds, Juventus and Brazil are scheduled to play 2 matches this weekend. Please check website on Friday for late changes. Under 12s - Round 10 draw will be played to ensure that all rounds are completed in case of a washout... |

A group of 15 East Timorese visitors in Australia to attend the World Youth Day attended training at the YMCA indoor soccer stadium on Tuesday July 8th. David Coward and Stewart Cheal put the players through a series of drills before they groke into teams to play a friendly but competitive indoor soccer match. Thanks to all the players who attended the session - a change from normal training and an opportunity for the East Timorese players to have a kick whilst in Australia. |

FOOTBALL Federation Victoria, Foxtel and the Athlete’s Foot have joined forces this year to present the Junior Ball Program. All juniors under the age of 18 who are registered with the FFV prior to the deadline, will receive a postcard that enables them to redeem their FREE football from their nearest The Athlete’s Foot store.
